As of 2020, Maryland ranks in the top 5 for Median Household Income, Median Individual Income, Per Capita Income, and Household Income Percentile, and yet hundreds of thousands of Marylanders don’t feel like they have a voice or a choice in how incentives are rewarded, how public funds are distributed, or how budgets are balanced.
