Our campaign is excited to be part of and build upon a rich 25-year history of the Maryland Green Party.
Join us on June 14th at the Busch Library in Annapolis as we proudly celebrate the Maryland Green Party's 25th anniversary—a remarkable milestone for our grassroots movement!

Join us on June 19th, 2025, at the Juneteenth celebration hosted by the Bethesda African Cemetery Coalition. Connect with community, honor African American history, and celebrate the resilience, culture, and spirit of freedom.

Volunteer with us at Salisbury Juneteenth
One of the core goals of our campaign is to strengthen local organizing and encourage more people to actively engage with the Green Party. The Green Party has a long history of advocating for racial justice, reparations, and true community empowerment.
We're excited to host a table at Salisbury Juneteenth and invite you to join us as we talk to voters about building a future rooted in justice, equity, and freedom beyond the limitations of the two-party system.

Volunteer with us at Frederick Pride
One of the core goals of our campaign is to strengthen local organizing and encourage more people to actively engage with the Green Party. The Green Party has always been aligned with the Pride and the Power of the LGBTQIA community.
We're excited to host a table at Frederick Pride, and invite you to come join us as as we talk to voters about how our vision of social justice goes beyond the possibilities of the two party system.
I'll be there throughout the day, and I'd love for you to join us! Drop by to say hello, volunteer for an hour or two at our table, or spend the entire day celebrating Pride with us!

One of the core goals of our campaign is to strengthen local organizing and encourage more people to get actively involved with the Green Party. Join us as we team up with the Allegany County Greens at the Cumberland Pride Festival!
I'll be there all day, and I'd love to see you there! Stop by and say hi, sign up for an hour or two shift at the table, or come and stay all day!

Legendary science fiction writer, Afrofuturist, visionary, and analyst of race, history, and power: Octavia Butler was all of those things and more. Join us for this discussion of Butler's thought, including her article "A Few Rules for Predicting the Future." BRJA moderator Julia Scott will be joined by special guests including Dr. Wendy Shaia.

Whether you're outgoing or more introverted, there's a place for you. Each happy hour includes an opportunity to help out with a small project—making buttons, preparing mailings, or other hands-on activities—perfect for those who prefer a quieter way to participate.

Baltimore Racial Justice Action 13th of the Month
This Event is Organized by Baltimore Racial Justice Action
There has never been a time when Black and non-Black people of color in the U.S. have been "safe." "When Push Comes to Shove" will explore the critical difference between immediate tactics and long-term strategies for collective action, safety, and security within these communities. We'll learn from the wisdom of elders and historical struggles, emphasizing the power of community connection and the importance of finding community organizations aligned with our vision for change. Join BRJA moderator Michelle Duberry and special guests Charly Carter and S. Rasheem as we discuss how to build collective power and resilience in the face of these particular challenges.

rALLY With Us on Mayday
On Thursday, May 1st, we’ll be in the streets for May Day – standing with workers, and communities who are fighting back against injustice. Over 50 organizations have planned seven feeder marches and a big rally. You can get more information here .
We will be at the rally with banners and signs and encourage everyone to meet us there!

The Road to Advocacy: The River Road Community's Fight to Stop the Erasure of African American History
Tune in for this webinar that will highlight how the River Road community, a historic African American community, has advocated to stop the erasure of its history. Community members will share what it was like growing up in the River Road community and the road to arguing their case, Bethesda African Cemetery Coalition, et al. v Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, to stop the desecration of Moses Cemetery before the Supreme Court of Maryland.

Frederick Permaneent Ceasefire Now March & Rally

Every Friday the Baltimore Vigil for Gaza assembles at the corner of 33rd and Hillen to say “End the Genocide, End The Occupation. Free Gaza and Free Baltimore.” Dress for the weather, bring signs, come and stand for peace!

Andy Ellis Green Party Campaign for Governor Launch
On Saturday January 4th, 2025, we will gather at Lawyer’s Mall in Annapolis to officially launch the Andy Ellis for Governor campaign. Andy is seeking the Green Party nomination for Governor of Maryland in 2026.
The launch will feature speakers from across Maryland who have worked with Andy in the past. This group of activists, advocates, friends, and family will get us started and then Andy will introduce his campaign, and call us all to act!
